The Lazy Lobster is a culmination of what we fell in love with during our travels up and down the Eastern seaboard. We fell in love with the energy, the smells, the freshness, the bounty of the different ports and towns we visited.  With a hat tip to that history and culture; the Lazy Lobster menu focuses on the best ingredients sourced from the northern waters off the coast of Maine, our local farms and beyond, all served in a casual and fun environment just steps from the beach. We have never strayed from our humble beginnings as a “lobster shack”, with an elevated approach to what was typically perceived as “beach food”.

Over the last fifteen years we have cultivated a loyal following of diners that look to us to take the classics and add that nuanced touch that takes the Lazy Lobster above the local offerings. Whether it’s the freshly baked baguette for our classic, shucked to order lobster roll or hand rubbing our 48 hour baby back ribs. We bring the Lazy Lobster’s unique touch to choices from the bayou, Asia and beyond. This isn’t a place for frozen lobster or soggy hot dog rolls, this isn’t the place to hide behind a fryer and bottled sauces. This is the New Lobster, this is a new vision - our vision! Of
